Gayle has been a licensed broker since 1988. She grew up in north Seattle and worked for her parent's restaurant in the U District. Gayle followed that with a 19-year career at FedEx, where she learned the value of organization and business.

While at FedEx she opened two childcare centers, with 12 employees teaching 117 children. While licensed in WA and AZ, she operated three AirBnBs and started her own construction cleaning company. All this while raising two sons. As you might have guessed, multi-tasking and organizing are her specialties.

When she's not working, Gayle likes to donate her time to the community, spend time with friends and family, paddleboard, and discover Washington wineries.
